4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for change of mind, failure to access the product, or dissatisfaction with results.
• Access Issues: If you experience legitimate technical non-delivery, you must report the issue within 30 days of purchase to receive assistance.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and you agree to their respective terms of service.

• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Orange County, California, rather than in court.
